Birthday Gala 2025
To register for the Gala, click on the Tickets button below. At the Donate page scroll down and select the online or text2give donate option.
At the giving.myamplify page in the Fund box, make your selection and follow the prompts to complete your purchase with a credit/debit card or bank account.
You may also mail the response card or come by the center and pay by check or cash. Mailing address is on the Donate page. Your name(s) will be added to the master list for check-in at the event. Tickets are optional.
If you’re not on Alpha’s mailing list and didn’t receive an invitation, we can send one to you. Event sponsorships are also available.

Fill a bottle or donate online, and be a Champion 4 Life!
Bring back the bottles to your church or to Alpha PHC in February or March.
